Founded in September 2021 by Mrs. Patricia N. Morris, Morris Training & Consultancy is a fast-growing, forward-thinking firm specializing in delivering customized training and consultancy services. With a rich blend of expertise in Business, Supervisory Management, Customer Service, and Human Resource Management, the company is dedicated to equipping individuals and organizations with the tools they need to thrive in today's competitive landscape.
Morris Training & Consultancy was born out of a passion for helping businesses enhance their operations and empowering individuals to develop the skills needed to excel professionally. The firm’s clear vision is to become a leading provider of training solutions, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Since its inception, Morris Training & Consultancy has hosted a range of highly successful workshops and training programs across Jamaica, including at renowned venues such as King's Landing in Linstead, Russell's T20 in Kingston, and Kingdom Grace Skills & Training Centre in Spanish Town. These sessions have covered diverse and in-demand topics such as Customer Service, Social Graces, Waiter/Waitress & Dining Etiquette, Decorum, and Job Readiness. Tailored to the unique requirements of each client, these workshops have received overwhelmingly positive feedback for their interactive, engaging formats and practical relevance.

Meet Our CEO: Mrs. Patricia N. Morris
Mrs. Patricia N. Morris, CEO of Morris Training and Consultancy, brings extensive expertise and leadership to the company. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management, a Level 5 NVQJ Vocational Degree in Human Resource Management, an Associate Degree in Training & Assessment, and a Diploma in Customer Service Supervision.
With over a decade of management experience, including five years overseeing a vocational training center, Mrs. Morris is dedicated to leading a team of professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional training and personalized consultancy services.
Dr. Veronica Reid-Johnson PHd - Senior Business Consultant, specialising in entrepreneurial training and workshops.
Dr. Veronica Reid-Johnson is a senior business consultant at Morris Training and Consultancy, with over a decade of academic and entrepreneurial experience. She holds a degree in Economics from UWI Mona, a Master’s in Management Studies from UWI St. Augustine, and a PhD in Business & Management from the University of Nottingham.
In 2011, after earning her doctorate, Dr. Reid-Johnson returned to Jamaica and founded Beautiful Earth Natural Hair Spa, which quickly grew into a successful business with locations in Kingston and Mandeville, contributing to the island’s natural hair care movement.
In addition to her business ventures, Dr. Reid-Johnson has been an Assistant Professor at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean since 2020, where she lectures on topics such as Entrepreneurship and Macroeconomics. In 2023, she launched VRJ Education Consultants, offering specialized educational services. Her diverse career, spanning business ownership and education, reflects her deep passion for entrepreneurship and her commitment to fostering growth in both sectors.
Mrs. Jasmine Stewart-Allen - Business and Literacy Specialist
Mrs. Jasmine Stewart-Allen is the Business and Literacy Specialist at Morris Training and Consultancy, bringing over 20 years of classroom experience to the team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a focus on Business and Literacy, along with certifications in HR Management (Level 4), Training and Assessment (Level 4), Early Childhood Education (Level 3), and an Instructor's Diploma.
Known for her positivity and resilience, Mrs. Stewart-Allen, also known as "Overcomer Joyful Jobisha," lives by the motto, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Her extensive background and passion for education have made her a key contributor to the success of countless students and professionals.
