HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT 5

The Human Resource Management Degree is an advanced HR competency program designed for senior administrative personnel, HR officers, and supervisors. Topics include:

  • Strategic HR planning

  • Workforce development

  • Industrial relations and grievance procedures

  • HR analytics and HR information systems

  • Leadership and organizational development


Graduates gain the skills needed to supervise HR functions or operate an HR department.

Payment plans available.

Duration: The program spans over a structured period, preparing participants for the NVQJ exam.

Modality: Fully online, providing flexibility for participants.

 

Class Schedule: Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Requirements

Entry Requirements:

  1. Minimum of Level 4 Heart certificate (Associate Degree)

  2. Be currently employed

  3. NIS, TRN and Government issued ID

  4. Birth Certificate

  5. Updated Resume

  6. Applicants seeking entry under the mature student category should typically be 30 years or older and possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in a field related to their desired area of study, such as marketing, accounting, office administration, or management. Admission will be granted based on an evaluation of the applicant's prior learning and professional experience. Each applicant is required to submit an academic portfolio for individual assessment to determine eligibility.
