Customer Service 3

The Customer Service Supervision Course equips learners with the competence to manage customer interactions and lead customer-facing teams. Learners gain skills in:

  • Customer relationship management

  • Handling complaints and disputes

  • Service delivery monitoring

  • Effective communication

  • Building customer loyalty


Ideal for call-center environments, retail, hospitality, and service businesses.

Payment Plans Available

Duration: The program runs for 8 weeks, preparing participants for supervisory roles in customer service.

Modality: The course is delivered fully online, allowing flexibility for participants.

 

Class Schedule: Classes are held on Thursdays and Fridays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.​

Requirements

To matriculate to the programme, applicants must fulfill one of the following:

  1. Pass at least three (3) subjects in GCE O’level, including English Language, with grade A, B or C. Or

  2. Pass at least three (3) subjects in CXC, including English Language, with grade I, II, or III. Grade III pass must be after January 1998

  3. Pass at least three (3) subjects in SSC, including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts with Range IV,V.

  4. Mature Student Entry. Applicants falling in this category must, normally, be over the age thirty-five (35) years, with a minimum of five (5) years  experience in an area related to the field of study which the applicant wishes to pursue – e.g. marketing, accounts, office administration, and management. Applicants will be accepted based on an assessment of their prior learning. Each applicant must submit an academic portfolio for individual assessment.
